DOJ announced a guilty plea by a Detroit-area physical therapist, the latest in a growing list of criminal pleas and prosecutions brought by the newest of DOJ’s Medicare strike forces. The defendant, Solomon Nathaniel pleaded guilty shortly after the September 29 plea of his co-conspirator in operating a physical therapy Medicare mill operation, paying Medicare beneficiaries kickbacks for their Medicare numbers and signatures.
