The civil settlement agreement in Pfizer’s groundbreaking settlement this week provides more information on the relators and their respective shares. The relators, their counsel, district of suit, and share are as follows:
- John Kopchinski (Philips & Cohen, DC) (D MA): $51,500.999
- Dana Spencer (Law Offices of William Hoyle, Jr., Newport News, VA) (D MA): $2,743,637
- Blair Collins (Durrell Law Office and Thomas & Associates, of MA) (D MA): $2,354,582
- Glenn DeMott (Murphy Anderson PLLC, Cincinnati OH, and Grant & Eisenhofer, NYC) (D MA): $7,431,505
- Stefan Kruszewski (Kenney, Egan, McCafferty & Young, Plymouth Meeting, PA) (ED PA): $29,013.420
- Ronald Rainero (Sheller, PC, Philadelphia, PA) (D MA): $9,321,369
Four other relators (in three separate cases) are listed in the agreement but no share is listed. The agreement contains a reference, however, to separate agreements among the relators for a distribution of the relators’ shares.
