On March 10, Civil Division Deputy Assistant Attorney General Michael Hertz announced the promotion of several trial attorneys in the Division’s Fraud Section, which investigates and litigates cases under the False Claims Act.
The Section’s new Assistant Directors (who review the work of trial attorneys assigned to individual cases) are Tracy Hilmer and Sara McLean.
Named as Senior Trial Counsel were Alicia Bentley, Sanjay Bhambhani, Patricia Hanower, Jack Kolar, Robert McAuliffe, Don Williamson, and David Wiseman.
