AstraZeneca’s recent settlement included a five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement, which the OIG-HHS has now published on its website.
The fairly comprehensive agreement includes now-familiar provisions calling for management and Board of Directors to certify compliance, and for public disclosure of physician payments, medical education grants and charitable contributions.
