In Allergan’s suit against the FDA over off-label promotion of Botox, the parties filed a second sealed status report on June 11 (the first was filed in May), and asked for additional time. District Judge John D. Bates issued a minute order on June 14 granting the parties until July 21 to file yet another status report.
